After one month, the faucet has proven to be a superb addition to my kitchen. It did not take too long to get used to the immediate touch response which has proven useful when baking or doing other tasks where one’s hands can become covered in flour etc… The choice of straight flow or spray is easily controlled. All in all, a fine product with thoughtful design features.

We’ve had this faucet installed in our kitchen since July of 2016 and have not had a single issue. It is installed over a porcelain farm sink along with a hot water dispenser and looks great. It functions as advertised, and we’ve had no issues with performance or wear. The original batteries lasted just over 2 years. The height works for us with large pots and pans, and the sprayer is a terrific aid when cleaning the sink. The sprayer head still retracts the way it did when first installed.

The operation of the faucet is smooth with good flow. This isn’t one of those faucets with a wimpy water flow and it can be easily changed from a straight stream to a shower pattern with one flick of the switch. At first, the touch sensor operation didn’t seem to recognize the touch except on the handle. After a few minutes of just playing with it, the touch operation works flawlessly and recognizes every touch. You just need to keep the faucet in the ‘on’ position for the touch operation to work. Note that it won’t turn on/off by holding the faucet and only works by a touch/tap anywhere on the handle or faucet itself. The hot/cold light indicator is also a nice feature.

I have had this faucet installed in the kitchen for about a month now and I have to say that I love it! The pressure is amazing almost too much when in the spraying mode. I chose a SUPER deep sink and the length of the cord is phenomenal I can bring it all the way down and then some. The brushed nickel was a great choice too, water spots are not a problem, I don’t feel like I need to constantly wipe it down. The installation went well too from what my contractor says it was a breeze. I feel like the price is pretty comparable as well.

This touch faucet is fantastic. It will save my butcher block counter because of so much less water behind the sink around the Deck mounted valve handle I was almost ready to tile over the counter. We replaced a standard Delta Leland faucet which we hated, 1) because it has a very inferior adjustment valve, And water was either cold or full hot, early impossible to adjust anywhere in between and 2) Because the counter behind the sink was always getting soaking wet. Went to delta again because their faucets are so easy to install and saw very positive reviews for this touch2o unit. Valve handle on the faucet is Very easy to adjust in small increments, both hot cold mixing and water volume; a completely different experience. Bravo. The touch works well. Faucet does good job discerning a grab from a touch. Looks fine. Easy install, had the old one out and the new one in in 30 minutes.

I bought this for the world we’re currently living in = constantly washing my hands. Decided now was the time to invest in a “touch” faucet. I love it! It replaced its non-touch clone. Installation was easy. I’d already had friends recommend using C batteries rather than the included AAs because the Cs last years and AAs don’t. I’m enjoying this faucet so much, I wish I’d added it a long time ago. I certainly won’t be without one going forward.

Bought this to replace the leaky kitchen faucet. Make sure you have the right faucet because i know that Delta makes an identical one that’s a big shorter and narrower for bar sinks. The touch function is pretty neat, i hand wash all my dishes, so i can just touch the faucet between plates to turn it off temporarily. And then turn it on again when i’m ready for the next plate. No need to adjust water temp and water speed every time. Really makes saving water a convenient process. Be ware, the touch function requries 6 AA batteries to operate. I’m not sure how long the batteries will last, but make sure to install the cartridge in an easy to reach location under the sink to make changing the batteries an easier process. I have heard that you can tweak it to plug into the wall. I think i will do that in the future.

Our first quarantine project done in March was to add this faucet that had been saved on my list since we built our house. It changed the entire look of the kitchen to get rid of the old faucet and install this one. Although not the $600 contemporary version this one has enough straight lines to fit into and complete our transitional style kitchen plus its a steal at $200 odd dollars. I was able to install it easily on my own. The touch feature is amazing and really helps my kids who even with a step stool had trouble reaching the handle. Now they can easily wash their hands on their own plus the LED temperature light alerts them if the water is too hot. We have a deep, single basin sink and the spray feature will splash water out of the sink considering how far it has to drop(given the elongated neck) and how strong the flow is. Something to consider if you have a shallower sink. A great purchase that I would of done sooner if I had remembered. I would highly recommend to a friend.

This faucet is awesome! Watched the Delta installation video, read the instructions and it worked perfect the first time without any problem. Replaced a Moen with a “lifetime” warranty that I was having to replaced every 5 years with this Delta Touch20. What a difference!!! JMO, but with Moen I was buying a lifetime warranty and not the quality of this Delta. This was much easier than the Moen to installed. The customer service I have had from Delta on my remodeled bathroom last year was another deciding factor to switch to Delta for the kitchen. This faucet has earned 5 stars, a quality product.

Maybe I’m biased because removing my old facuet was such a pain (hard water/rust had fused the nut to the threads) but installing this was amazingly easy. Everything fit tight and there weren’t any leaks on the first try. Others have mentioned how finicky the solenoid/wires are but mine is tucked in and around the garbage disposal and it works perfectly without having to try too hard to put them in any exact position. For those saying the batteries have to sit on the ground…they are encased in a plastic enclosure that sits up off the ground (see picture) so unless you have 1″+ of water there’s nothing to worry about.
